Our quoted per-person price includes:

• Wine tastings at selected wineries

• A spirits or distillery tasting (where applicable)

• Lunch and a drink at our set lunch venues

• Private vehicle and experienced local driver

• Pick-up and return to your accommodation

• Full planning and venue bookings

If you choose to book your own lunch venue instead of our set options, additional charges may apply.

Under the Custom tour we will deduct $30 off the per person price s you can book your own lunch venue.

Most venues offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.

Tours generally run for 6–7 hours, with the main touring time between approximately 10:00am and 4:30pm. Exact pickup times depend on your location and are confirmed before your tour.

Yes. We offer door-to-door pickups from Newcastle, the Central Coast, and Hunter Valley accommodation where safely accessible. If access is limited, we’ll arrange a nearby pickup point with you.

Our standard tours follow a curated itinerary to keep everything seamless. Private and custom tours allow you to suggest or choose venues, subject to availability.

• Drinking is not permitted on the way to the Hunter Valley unless approved in advance

• Drinking between venues is not allowed

• You may enjoy drinks on the return journey home

Yes. You’re welcome to bring a Bluetooth speaker, and some vehicles have onboard sound systems available.

Yes. Children are welcome (car seats must be supplied if required), and pregnant guests are always welcome, tasting fees are not charged for them.
