Pickup Times & Getting Started
We generally plan to arrive at the first venue around 10:00am, but your pickup time will be based on where you’re staying. For example, if you’re about 30 minutes from the Hunter Valley, we’ll pop by around 9:30am so you can arrive relaxed and ready to begin. If you prefer a later start please specify in your booking
Your Group Numbers
When you fill in your booking, simply enter how many people you expect to attend. We understand plans can change, so you aren’t locked into that exact number — as long as updates are made before your invoice is issued, we’ll adjust your booking to suit your final group size. Booking Deposit
To hold your special day with us, we ask for a $250 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, so we recommend booking only when you’re sure you’re coming.
Here’s the good part:
The $250 deposit comes off your total tour cost — it isn’t an extra charge.
Your final balance will be based on your confirmed group size.
